1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Repetir ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Repetir is an educational platform that helps users learn languages, vocabulary, spelling, and grammar through personalized writing exercises. The service allows users to:

• Create custom writing exercises with their own texts
• Practice in multiple languages
• Share exercises with friends, family, or students
• Track learning progress
• Access community-shared content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Repetir for:

• Educational purposes
• Personal learning and development
• Teaching and tutoring (with appropriate subscriptions)
• Creating and sharing educational content

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Repetir to:

• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, hateful, violent, or harmful content
• Submit, copy, or share text protected by copyright (e.g. recent song lyrics, poems, books, or any work for which you do not hold the rights), in whole or in substantial part
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Spam or harass other users

4.3 Prohibited Content (Copyright & Offensive Material)

Repetir lets users propose texts to the community library and post reviews. You must only submit content that you have created yourself, that is in the public domain, or for which you hold the necessary rights. It is strictly forbidden to submit:

• copyrighted works (recent songs, poems, fables, books, articles) without authorization;
• offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise unlawful content.

When a copyrighted work is detected, only a short, legally permissible excerpt may be kept, clearly marked as copyright-restricted, while we await the relevant authorizations. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and indemnify Repetir against any claim arising from a breach of this clause.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• By using the service, you grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

5.2 Our Content

• Repetir and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Baptiste Coulon
• The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

5.3 Content Moderation, Reporting & Removal

To keep the community safe and lawful, Repetir provides moderation tools for all user-generated content (community texts and reviews):

• Reporting: any user can report a content they consider offensive or infringing copyright.
• Blocking: any user can block another user, hiding their content from their experience.
• Removal within 24 hours: we commit to reviewing reported content and removing any objectionable or infringing content within 24 hours of the report.
• We may, at our sole discretion, hide, remove, or restrict any content, and suspend the accounts of repeat offenders, without prior notice.

By submitting content, you accept these moderation rules and the possibility that your content be truncated, hidden, or removed.

5.4 Group Messaging & Moderation

The repetir.app application provides members of the same group with a messaging space to facilitate their exchanges. To ensure a safe environment consistent with our non-violence charter, an a-posteriori moderation system is in place:

• Reporting and blocking: every user has tools within the messaging space to instantly report any inappropriate message or to block another user.
• Team intervention: when a user submits a report, the internal moderation team of repetir.app is authorized to access and review the reported messages for verification. repetir.app reserves the right to remove the content or suspend the author's account in the event of a breach of the charter.

Group messages are private between group members: unlike the community content covered by §5.3, they are not reviewed proactively. Our team accesses a message only after it has been reported. The removal and account-suspension rules of §5.3 apply identically to reported group messages, and how we handle the resulting personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Free Plan

• Basic features are available at no cost
• Limited text length and language options

7.2 Paid Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repetir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
